Can a Roman Catholic priest be married in this case?

Can a Roman Catholic priest switch to the Byzantine Catholic Church and then marry?
 
Dear friend,

Even in the Eastern Rites of the Catholic Church where a married clergy is allowed, the man must be married before he is ordained. So no, a Latin Rite priest would not be able to marry if he switched rites.
