Can a television Mass fulfull the Sunday obligation when ill?

School’s back in session and the temperatures are dropping. All but one of my kids has been sick already and I’m sure more illnesses are to follow, which means I’m sure I’ll be running into Sundays where it’s just not possible to make it to Mass. In those instances, whether it’s due to sick children or my own infirmity, would watching a Mass on TV or the internet fulfill my Sunday obligation?
