Can we sin against ‘spiritually dead’ people? I realize, that no matter what, we can defile our bodies in many ways, even between ourselves and these ‘dead’ people. Let us take a look at the following example;
The laws given unto the Israelites by Moses, would have forced a rapist of a young virgin, to be put to death. Has this changed? Can this rapist ever be forgiven? Is there any ‘Holy Ghost’ present in him, after he committed this act? If a person was to ‘kill’ this rapist because our laws and court judgements are not of God, for the purpose of ridding society of the potential of having this rapist allowed back on the street again to carry out another rape (and perhaps murder), would this person be committing a sin against the rapist?
Authority for the church to preside over such judgements have long ago disappeared due to separation of church and state. The judgements handed out by our courts, are becoming increasingly polarized in favour of evil. Our governments are filled with deceit and corruption, as our police forces and courts also are.
We must always bear in mind, the scripture, “Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.” Taking the law into our own hands (mob hanging parties), is frowned upon.
How do you feel about the above?
