Can a widow who was civilly married get remarried in the Catholic Church?

My first marriage was performed by a Justice of the Peace; I am Catholic and my Husband was Muslim.

The Husband has since passed away and I am not a Widow.

Am I eligible to re-marry in a Catholic church since I am Catholic and my soon to be second husband is Catholic?
