Can an Episcopalian receive Communion at a Catholic Church?

We have a friend who has stage 4 breast cancer living with us, her husband will not take her to Church on Sundays. She is an Episcopalian but would like to come to Church with us on Sundays. Can she take Holy Communion when she goes to a Catholic Church or is that frowned upon since she is not Catholic?
