I feel like the Catholic church is a safer place to worship because of the holy eucharist. Am I wrong?

I don’t know what you mean by safe, and how this question relates to your thread title. Evil people have been known to take the sacred host to use for nefarious purposes, one of the most grave sins of sacrilege one can commit. But just because an evil person may enter the church that is not a threat to the good righteous worshippers.

Sorry I ask this question on the wrong thread. I’m new and haven’t fully gotten the gest of the site. I’m also new to Catholism. Really though, I thought since the Eucharist is a sacrament that it would come under this thread. Where should I have put it?
Also, When I said safe I meant that in a protestant church they only have what they consider a symbol of the body of Christ - not the real body of Christ. I would think since the Catholic Priest does (through God) turn the host into the real body and blood of Christ that any evil person wouldn’t want to partake of the holy Eucharist and possibly go to another church. When I say evil, I mean possessed to where they would need to be exoricized.

Of course an evil person could receive Holy Communion. Why they would I have no idea, They only compound their damnation, I have never seen anyone burst into flames after Holy Communion.

While people who are possessed can receive Holy Communion, the demon does its best to avoid this because it is extremely pained by it.
During an exorcism sometimes Holy Communion is given to the possessed person.
It is important to recognize that demons cannot possess people, harm people, or do anything at all to people without God’s permission (indeed this is the case for all things everywhere). He allows possession to occur for reasons we can know and cannot know, just like he allowed Job to suffer the attacks of the Devil.
I speculate there is a certain divine economy of justice and balances regarding the free will of both people and demons that accounts for some of what is allowed.
Holy people can be possessed as well as very sinful people. Possession is after all, bodily control, it is not control of the soul. An evil person can make agreements and serve as a slave to a demon, but the will remains intact and practically free though effectively not because the person has made a decision to serve and finds it extremely unpleasant not to.
A good person can be possessed for example, for a trial from God to purify the person further, in other words, to accept God’s will and suffer as Christ did, to purify the person from disobedience to whatever crosses God gives a person in that life, and for other various reasons clear and mysterious.
So, evil people receive Communion, as do good people.
However, the safest place to be from demons is inside a church before the Blessed Sacrament. Evil people do not like to enter or remain for long.
Demons however do enter churches to perform their usual functions of temptation, though it is weaker therein. Generally however, when they do so, their primary temptation is: ‘Let’s get out of here as quickly as possible! You left the oven on! You’re late for something!’
And so forth.

Yes, I agree. It is safe to be in a Catholic Church. Possessed persons have negative reactions to the Blessed Sacrament, the Crucifix and other sacramentals.

Not necessarily, we had someone come into our church one day while no one was there and steal the book on the alter that the priests use to say mass (they have it on video) a few days later this same person attempted to steal a consecrated host during holy communion-he was stopped. But it appears that he needed things in order to perform a satanic black mass. I have read also in the book “My Imitation of Christ” that the devil will try desperately to stop people from receiving holy communion through their thoughts up until it is time to receive holy communion. In a sense you always have to be vigilant and be on guard so you are not taken by surprise.

You are not immune to spiritual attack unless you have achieved Heaven, that is died and gone there. Even Christ, in His humanity who had beatific vision suffered on this Earth.
However, the only harm a person should fear, is committing sin and the occasion thereof. The more committed you are not to commit any sin and to avoid any occasion or opportunity thereof, the more protected by God you will be.
Trust in the Lord.
Embrace the Cross.
