can an openly practicing gay be an RCIA instructor?

Right in the seat of our archdiocese at the Cathedral parish, one of the RCIA instructors is an open and active homosexual. The same is true of the lead organist who leads the choir.

Is a faithful Catholic obligated to call this out, or “let him who is without sin cast the first stone”?
