Can an unbaptized baby go to heaven?

Hello there.

My present location is Doha. I have a non-catholic friend who had just given birth to a baby girl. After two hours the baby died. But during her pregnancy the doctor has already declared that the baby inside the womb is suffering a certain illness. They buried the baby in a cemetery for departed expats without any blessing from a priest.

Considering this case, what is the catholic teaching for the unbaptized baby?
