Can anyone tell me if they have heard of St. Expedite? Who was he and is there a novena to him?

It appears that this might be more of a story than an actual saint. I’m sure someone else can find perhaps a more “official” source for information regarding saints…

When searching for him, look for St. Expeditus, I have used him and he is QUICK

If you go to google.com and type in St. Expedite you will find a ton of information on him. He has novenas and prayers. His work is for situations where time is of the essence. There is deliberation over making him a cannonized official saint because his origins and burial are very obscure. Belief in him is a bit like faith in the unknown. I believe that faith against the odds are what drives him to deliver. I can tell you he works, and he works pretty fast. He roots for the underdog or underdog situations. I think that may be because he felt that way about himself in his own life to some degree.
