chriswilliam:
I just joined the PNCC I also like the funeral rite of the RC. Are the two prettymuch the same. And a PNCC be buried in a RC cemetery, know its a odd question and I am not morbid just interested.
By “RC,” I assume you mean the Catholic Church, consisting of the Latin Church and the various Churches of the East, all in union with the bishop of the Roman Church, who is also called the Roman Pontiff.
However, we do not call ourselves the “Roman Catholic Church” as perhaps the initials “RC” might suggest.
You would appear to be in a better position than we to know about and explain the mass and the funeral rites according the Polish National Catholic Church. Most of us will have little acquaintance with the PNCC, let alone the format of its funeral masses. It would be hard for most of us, I think, to compare the Catholic rites which we know with those of the Polish National CC, which we do not know.
Since you say that you like the funeral rites of the Catholic Church, you must have experienced them in some way. You can easily find additional elaboration on the internet. There are various sites which do set out the rites of Vigil, funeral within and outside of Mass, and committal. You could consult them if you have questions. One of many useful parish sites is
stjudefw.org/liturgy/funerals.html
The Funeral Liturgy would be distinguishable from any Mass chiefly by the selection of scripture readings and prayer relevant to the funeral, and the addition of certain rites at the beginning and end.
The interment of non Catholics was recently discussed in a thread on this forum,
forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?t=75070. However, I would say that it is generally possible for permission to be given by the Catholic local ordinary so that a member of the Polish National Catholic Church could be so interred. However, it the deceased had defected from the Catholic Church to become a member of the PNCC (or other Church or ecclesial community, etc.), it might be questionable whether the permission would be given.
