Of course you do. And you think they are 100% your fault. OCD makes your mind operate at hyper speed. It will tell you that you are a terrible person, and deserve nothing.
These are lies that come from our deep rooted fears about ourselves.
God does not see you that way. You are chosen, a child of the most high. Try your best and try to feel better because your efforts please him.
 
But why me!! I tell god to help me but he doesn’t! Sometime I want to hurt my self because I’m never going to be happy
 
So will god forgive me if my thoughts are on purpose ! Because I don’t want to go to hell I want to be with god!
 
Sure he helps you. He gives you the drive to seek him out. You are here because He wanted you to be here. Like every human, you struggle. We ALL do. I try hard never to judge anybody, because I am fairly certain my sins are worse than theirs. But I go to confession regularly, and trust in God’s mercy.
Go to confession, realize that despite your best efforts, you will sin again, but that God loves you far more than any parent could ever love their child. Far more.
