Can Biritual Priests become Bishops?

Dear t,

Bi-ritual priests are simply priests who have been given permission to celebrate the Liturgy in more than one rite. They themselves, however belong to only one rite. The Holy See can appoint a priest to the episcopacy for any rite it chooses. But ordinarily it appoints to the rite to which the new bishop has always belonged.
