Can Catholic join organizations founded by Masons or that may be influenced by Masonry

For example, Patrons of Husbandry, also called National Grange, was founded by a Mason. According to my internet research, there is Masonic influence in Patrons. So, is a Catholic banned from Patrons?

Next example, Daughters of Penelope. The female side of AHEPA, a modern Hellenic organization to preserve Greek culture. Apparently, some things about Daughters of Penelope remind others of Masons. So, are Catholics banned?

Just curious!
