Can Catholic receive Communion on a Sunday vigil and on Sunday itself?

I know that, absent certain conditions, Catholics are not to receive Communion twice in one day. If I should receive Communion at a Sunday vigil Mass, say at 1700 Saturday evening, may I receive Communion when I attend Mass on Sunday morning at 0730?

Thank you for any help you can give me.
 
Yes. Even though it is a vigil Mass it is still considered a separate day.
