Can Catholics do accupuncture and yoga?

Don’t know if I can ask this here but can Catholics do acupuncture and yoga? I do yoga already but only do the stretching not the meditation as I understand why meditation would be a No No. If I am asking in wrong spot please direct me to where I should go because I am new and don’t know where I should ask this kind of question.
