Can Catholics donate their bodies to a body farm?

Hi! My sister is considering donating her body to a body farm after her death. What does the Church say about that? Body farms take human bodies and put them in all sorts of possible death situations to observe the decaying process to help assist the forensics of a crime. Sounds pretty gruesome to me, but thought I’d run it by somebody there to find out the lowdown (no pun intended). God bless you for all you do and for your faithful teaching. Peace+!
