Can Catholics light a menorah?

This Dec. I am thinking of lighting a menorrah during Hanukah. I am doing this because the reason for this celebration was for reclaiming the temple and the miracle of 1 days oil lasting for 7 days. This is part of our heritage also if you think of it. Our roots are not just from the time of Jesus’ birth. Is this so wrong, there are also psalms that our read by the Jewish people as they meditate, these are psalms we say also?
