Can Catholics practice yoga?

I have had a few correspondences with the parish nurse where I used to call home regarding the advertisement, facilitation, and offering of two yoga programs. I first saw a page in the bulletin that had a calendar showing when and where one could come to the yoga classes both at the parish and at another local church. I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with reason, scripture references(1 COR 8) , critical source analysis (her references to Pennington, Merton), and referencing Catholic Answers contributors(Fr. Serpa). Should I continue? How best?
