I was baptized by immersion, which I know is no problem. But I was baptized in name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I know it’s only slightly different wording, but does this make a difference or render my baptism invalid?

“Holy Ghost” is simply an alternative means of referring to the Holy Spirit. Originally, “ghost” and “spirit” were synonyms in English. Your baptism is valid.
