Can Eastern Catholics marry Western Catholics?

This is a question out of curiosity. I was wondering if they can marry each other, and if they can, is there anything they have to do before the marriage takes place.

Of course they can. They are both part of the Catholic Church so there is no impediment to their marriage.
 
Generally, the tradition has been they marry according to the norms of the husband’s church of enrollment.

Other than both pastors needing to be made aware, it’s not an issue.
 
I am Latin Rite, and my husband, Ruthenian. We married (35 yrs. ago) in my church, but his pastor performed the Byzantine ceremony - wreaths (crowns) on our heads and all. A family friend who was a Franciscan Friar said the Mass. The vows, as I recall, were slightly different, and quite beautiful; all my Latin Rite girlfriends wanted to use them in their weddings!

We’ve always lived very far from any of dh’s churches, so our two daughters were baptized in our Latin parish, but then later chrismated in his home parish when we visited. It made for some confusion when they hit eighth grade and confirmation age in their Roman Catholic parish school - teaching moments!!!
