Can EMHC's purify the sacred vessels after Communion in Australia?

I know it’s forbidden in America, but is it in Australia?

Is there an adaptation of the GIRM for Australia or the rest of the English-speaking world? If so, I’d look there. If not, I’d consult the original.

In my instruction as an EMHC, we were taught that only the priest or an Instituted Acolyte may purify the vessels, not an EMHC. We may consume the remnants of the Precious Blood, but not purify the vessels afterwards.

The US had an indult to do so which the Holy Father refused to renew. Based on that, it’s unlikely that he has granted such an indult to Australia.
