Can Fr. Serpa clarify spending time before the Blessed Sacrament?

Father Vincent often suggests spending time before the Blessed Sacrament. My question is, does this mean Eucharistic Adoration or simply going to church and praying before the Tabernacle?

Eucharistic Adoration is only held once a week in my parish, so this does make a difference to some of us.

I always mean sitting before the tabernacle. This what I do each day.
