Can go to communion if I vote for Hillary Clinton?

My wife said I cannot go to communion if I vote for Hillary Clinton. If I have sinned because of her stance on abortion and vote for her, which I want to vote for her more than the other guy.
What you say and why?
Vote for Clinton or Trump. or don’t vote at all?
Bottom line, have I committed a sin if I vote for my choice, Clinton?
