I prayed a while ago for God to send me to hell if I did something bad, however I forgot that I already did that terrible thing in the past. Would God forgive that prayer?

First off, God doesn’t send people to Hell. Only you can do that by willingly turning away from him. That is essentially what Hell is: a permanent turning away from God. Hell isn’t God’s trashcan.
Is anyone wise enough judge what the eternal destiny of their soul should be? No. That’s God’s job and rightly so.
The fact is that none of us are worthy of Him, but He loves us anyways…and He’ll always be ready to forgive you

Dear one, it was an ill-advised prayer, but not one that God would answer because He is God of love and mercy.
God knows you spoke in an excess of fervor, but you overlook the humble reality that we all sin sometimes.
It is humbling to find ourselves in sin, and painful, of course, when all we want is to be truly good and even holy.
To expect or pray for condemnation on the basis of our sins, is to overlook the merciful forgiveness that the Lord offers our repentant hearts.
Be mindful of what was said regarding the judgement of souls by the Judge of souls Himself, Jesus our Savior.
If you read Matthew 25 verses 31-46, you will see that He judges souls on their practical acts of kindness, or lack there-of.
