Can I attend my step-daughter's second wedding?

Can I attend my step-daughter’s wedding on June 27th when it is her second marriage?
Circumstances:

1. First marriage was by a Justice of the Peace
2. She is a Catholic in name only, having been baptized, but never attended or was raised in the Catholic Faith
3. Her marriage is going to be performed by a Christian minister
   Please advise as my husband (who is a practicing Catholic) sees no problem with my attendance.
