Can I attend Saturday Vigil and Sunday Mass?

Basically, that’s the question.

My understanding is that we may attend Mass and receive the Eucharist every day, but I’m wondering if that pertains only to that day’s liturgy. Since (as far as I’m aware; I don’t attend it very often) the Saturday vigil’s liturgy is the same as Sunday’s liturgy, would it be appropriate to attend both and receive the Eucharist at both?

Yes, you’re free to attend both liturgies and to receive Communion at both Masses.
