Can I attend two weddings for the same couple?

A good friend of mine (who is Catholic) is marrying a Sikh. They have arranged to have two weddings: A Sikh wedding in the morning and a Catholic wedding in the afternoon. I read elsewhere that Catholics cannot have two weddings. But as an invitee, would it be wrong for me to attend both ceremonies? (I am not a participant in either wedding.)
 
I cannot recommend attending two weddings for the same couple, as it could give the impression that you agree that they should be having two weddings. I recommend attending only the Catholic ceremony and, if one is planned and you are invited, a reception.
