Can I baptize a baby in secret?

My step-niece (16 years old) is pregnant and is giving her baby up for adoption. She will be able to see & hold her baby up until she leaves the hospital after the baby is born. Not knowing if the baby will be adopted by a Catholic family or not, can I baptize the baby as a Catholic without anyone knowing accept our Lord and myself? I am her step-aunt and someday would like to see the little guy/girl in Heaven. If I can baptize this child what words would I say exactly?
