Can I baptize my 4 year old granddaughter?

I am a prcaticing catholic. My daugther was raised in the catholic faith. She and her husband did not have a catholic wedding. They are reluctant to go to the priest to seek a baptism. I feel she should be baptized now. They agree and the god mother and father are practicing catholics. Can I do the baptism and where do I find the ceremony and words that the catholic faith wants me to use? Sincerely
