Can I baptize my son Episcopalian?

My son is three weeks old and my wife and I have been going back and forth on what to baptize him. I was baptized Catholic, still practicing, and my wife is Episcopalian. She has such a wonderful, supportive congregation that we would like to baptize him in her church, making sure that the Episcopal priest will utilize water and invoke the trinity. Later we have the intent of our son making all the sacraments in the Catholic church. Is all this valid and acceptable?
