Can I be a member of two parishes?

I am a practicing Catholic and member of my local parish. During the last year, we bought a home in another diocese where we spend almost half the weekends. So, I go to mass at a really nice little Catholic church near our weekend place half of the time. Can I join that parish near our weekend place and remain a member of my current parish, or do I have to choose?
 
Dear h,

Ordinarily one is supposed to be registered in one parish at a time. However, in your case you seem to be spending equal time at the two locations. You could be registered in one and still attend the other when you’re there. Remember that you should be willing to FULLY support the parish you are registered in. If you can afford to support both parishes, only God and you will know if you are registered in both.
