Can I be baptized without taking a saint's name?

I notice that all saints have western names. Are there saints without western names, for example a Chinese saint without a western name. It looks as though Christianity is western in nature. Pls enlighten me.

A name at baptism does not need to be a Saint’s name, it simply needs to not be offensive to Christian common sense.

As for Chinese saints, I recommend you check out: Martyr Saints of China
