Catharina. have you read the Malleus Maleficarum? Being a catholic, I hope you have. Judging by your opinions, maybe you believe it still has a place in the 21st century.😃

While many of the posts have been, lets say, nice about how to deal with a friendship with a white witch, there have been a few that have made my blood boil. I am not saying that all witches, of any description are good people, but again, may I remind people that the Catholic Church hasn’t exactly been as white as snow in the past.
Correction: some of the Church’s members have not been white as snow. The Church herself is that spotless bride Christ marries in Revelation. It is the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church that we recite in the Creed.

Obviously it’s a risk to be friends with a witch, but for my part, I’d trust in Psalm 23.
i assume you’re referring to Psalm 23:4,
**Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me.

**fear nothing, but don’t be foolish when you have the choice to choose who you are friends with.

**Some Guidelines in Choosing Friends
**

"In order to choose friends wisely, there are certain principles we must employ. We must begin by applying the principle stated by the apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:33 – "Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.’"
Code:
We must then realize it is better to have a few friends, even just one, who will be the right kind of friends than a multitude of the kind who could cause us to lose our souls (Matt. 16:26).
We must choose friends who will be good examples to us and others. In that light, choose friends who:
  • Have good morals (1 Cor. 15:33)
  • Are modest (1 Tim. 2:9)
  • Abstain from drinking alcohol (1 Pet. 4:3)
  • Can bridle their tongues (Jas. 1:26)
  • Are honest (Luke 8:15)
  • Are law-abiding (Rom. 13:1-7)
We must select as friends those who respect God and things spiritual – those who regard spiritual things as more important than material things. We must not be deceived into thinking that we can choose otherwise and not be affected."

[Choosing Your Friends Wisely (国产专区青青在线视频_亚洲国产专区校园欧美_亚洲日韩欧美国产专区)
“1. My sons and daughters, choose your friends wisely in the days of your youth, for they shall determine the way you go. 2. A good friend rejoices with you in the praise of God but a bad friend fills your heart with violent thoughts. 3. A bad friend entices you to do evil but a good friend prevents you from sinning against the Lord. 4. A good friend praises you when you speak words of wisdom but a bad friend laughs when you cuss and blaspheme. 5. Good friends will rejoice with you in the days of joy that lie ahead but all the wicked together will despair in the futility of their lives. 6. The Lord knows all your thoughts, He hears every word that comes out of your mouth, and He observes all your deeds. 7. Seek, then, friends who meditate on God’s word, friends who delight in edification, and friends who are zealous in good works. For you are not unaware of the reward awaiting the righteous and you not ignorant of the punishment prepared for the wicked”

Who better to evangelize than a friend? How else would she hear the gospel? Better from someone with whom she already finds some credibility and affection. I am not always so bold but if you listen to the apologists on Catholic Answers, they not only know their own faith well but know the other religions well enough to show the truth of the gospel. However, she may be thinking “who better to bring into the coven than a friend?” so make sure that you avail yourself to all the sacraments so you keep on the right path.

Since you’ve already judged me, there’s no point in your intiating a verbal exchange. Your religion is ‘no belief’ and mine is Roman Catholic. Your name here is off-putting and since your believe you know me, you should know that I haven’t read your little book. Perhaps you should aim your quesion at an Anglican in England, Canada or Australia. People who are cynical about God, grace, holiness, prayer and religion are people who tend to bore me.
