Can I become Catholic?

Over the past 2 years I have experienced things that have lead me to regonizing the grace of God. I can no longer say these are coincidences. I want to grow my relationship with christ and follow his teachings. I feel a very strong calling to the catholic faith. I was raised with no religious influence. I am not baptized. I was married at a very young adult age and I am divorced. Can I enter into the catholic faith and receive the sacraments.
