I have a question, I was wondering since I have some holy water I got from church can I bless each room in my house?
The reason I asked is after I went to confession to confess all my sins and I pushed everybody that was no good out of my life I was wondering if I could blessed each room in my house because they were in my house before and I want to get rid of all the negative and bad stuff out of my house?

For a proper blessing, call the priest.

However my grandfather had a custom, which I have continued, of going around each time he moved to a new house and sprinkling holy water in the rooms and praying. It’s not a real blessing as the priest alone can bless, but it’s a nice thing to do, at least I think so.

I just got off the phone with Father Albert and he will come over here May 10th and bless my house 😀

after forgetting everybody I just want my house cleansed all of the negative stuff out of my house all the negative vibes out of my house and I just will be so glad because to me with all the negative people that have been in my house it’s like a vibe that I feel so I think it’s best to have a priest come and bless our home to get all of that out. Does that make sense?

And get holy water and sprinkle it around a little now and then.

Sure you can. Every year, the ancient practice of blessing the home on the Feast of the Epiphany with chalk markings on door are conducted by a priest, or by the head of the household. Many Church Bulletins give “instruction” on how to do it, on Epiphany Sunday.

Thanks. I made an appointment for Father to come and bless our house.
