Can I confess a mortal sin to myself?

I am in a very small community and am unable to confess my mortal sin to my priest. Can I do this myself?
 
Not even priests can confess their mortal sins to themselves; they too must confess to another priest. Call the Catholic diocese in which you live to ask for help in obtaining sacramental services.
