Can I go to a wedding/reception?

My brother was baptized, initiated and married in the Catholic church. He recently had a civil divorce after 15+ years of sacramental marriage(did not get an annulment; says he does not believe in them) and now has joined the Orthodox Church and plans to get married again this summer. There is a debate among my siblings and mother as to if we can go. Three of us think not and four think so. I feel like I would commit scandal by going; I have six kids all still at home. I keep hearing I ought to go out of love for my brother. I do love him, but do not think I should do wrong to show love.

Please resolve this dilema. Thank you.
