Can I go to confession?

I am 16 years old and I am a closet catholic. My parents will not allow me to convert to the Catholic Church until I turn 18. I will soon have my liscense and I have a overwhelming desire to go to confession. I was raised Protestant but found my way home in sixth grade. I want to know if can I receive absolution? I truly believe in the sacrament of Penace and I really need to confess some mortal sins.
