Sure. I was confirmed when I was 24. Adult Catholics who have not yet completed the initiatory sacraments (baptism, First Communion, confirmation) are welcome to complete them, no matter how old they may be. Usually, for the sake of convenience for the parish, adult Catholics seeking to complete the sacraments are routed through the RCIA program, but check with your pastor to find out the procedure that your parish follows.
