After years of searching I’ve made the decision to become Catholic. Is it okay to take RCIA classes even though I don’t know what I really believe?

One of the purposes of RCIA is to introduce to you what Catholics believe. If, in the course of the classes, you find that you can accept and affirm Catholicism, you can enter the Church. If not, there is no obligation to become Catholic and you can postpone your entrance until you can in good conscience affirm the Catholic faith. So, yes, you can indeed take the RCIA classes.
