Hi. I have commited a sin. I know that if it happens again, or if I could go back to the past, I would not have the strength to fight against the sin and I would sin again. But I still want to go to confession because I am afraid of hell and the fact that I would not be strong enough makes me really sad and makes me feel anguish. Would my confession be valid? I am sorry for this sin, but I do not know if I fulfill requeriment of the firm resolution not sinning again.

When we go to confession, the Church asks that we have a firm resolve not to sin again. Often though, we find ourselves in the situation you’ve described - we know that, if tempted again, we will most likely succumb in pretty much the same way as we did before despite our best desires not to - as St Paul so beautifully puts it: “I do not do thing I want to do instead I do the thing I don’t want to do”. That doesn’t mean though that you don’t have firm resolve not to sin again nor does it come anywhere close to affecting the validity of the sacrament. Remember, the sacraments were made for us, not us for the sacraments; in other words, God doesn’t expect of us more than we capable of doing but does help us through the grace of the sacrament which builds on our flawed human nature. Each time that you sin - especially in the same way - as often as it happens, keep going back to confession, keep seeking God’s gift of grace to help you and strengthen you in your struggles. It doesn’t matter if your there every week - or even more often than that - thanks be to God for a sinner who know their need of God’s mercy and for His help.

What you need before going into confession is the desire and plan to sin no more. In some sense it’s okay to admit that we’re weak in some ways (But c’mon, anything is possible through God,) but if you subconsciously or consciously believe that you will sin again in the same way, then the confession is futile. Eradicate the idea that you will sin again. Believe in prayer and God’s ability to turn your sin around with your permission. If you can truly admit that you can do the three things stated in the Act of Contrition:
1.) Intend to do Penance
2.) Intend to sin no more
3.) Avoid whatever leads you to sin
Then you are good to go! If not, pray. Pray lots and lots and lots until you feel that you can do these things.
I’m have no formal background for this, this is just person-person advice. I STRONGLY advise that you find someone within your parish that you can schedule a meeting with to talk about. Maybe a priest…

You wanting to go to Confession shows that you are willing to become better. That is very much sufficient.
Go to Confession and be reconciled with God!
He is waiting for you!
