Can I just tell you how excited I am?!?

My husband and I have been married for 2 months today 😃

We decided right before our wedding that for the first year we would celebrate each “monthiversary.” That means that we are doing something special today!

Well, I had bought him The Last Lecture book as a little “gift.” He told me he had a surprise, but I had no idea what!

Well, he just called and he is taking me to Chops Lobster Bar! I am so very excited. We love to dine out, and we try to go to one very nice restaurant a month. I have been dying to try this place for the past year!

I just wanted to share that nice little surprise with you all. We have such a blessed marriage, and we are so lucky God put his hands in our lives.

Today is also my 2 month anniversary lol. Congrats Stephanie!
Now I’m just trying to overcome my overwhelming urge to try to get pregnant. We both agreed to start “trying” in December.
 
OSUBride, that is where you and I must be very different!

I am tracking to keep from getting pregnant at least for the next two years! 🙂 Of course, unless God has completely different plans.

Well, that makes 3 of us who were married on July 5! 😃

I feel terrible because I didn’t say anything to my DH and he’s already asleep, poor guy. Last month was special because we were on our belated honeymoon. Tonight we were picking the remains of a shot glass out of the garbage disposal (it had fallen down the drain and I didn’t know until I turned the disposal on…) Ain’t married life just grand? 😛

I will make sure tomorrow is extra special though. He has been wanting to take me out to play golf for a while now, so I think I will cave, haha.
 
Aww, that’s sweet. Happy two-month-iversary.

My boyfriend and I always wish each other a happy monthiversary. How pathetic is that? 😊 He never forgets, either. 😉 He’s such a sweet man. 😃 (Well, we don’t get presents or a nice dinner, but more often than not it falls on a work day so we can’t see each other anyway.)

Stephanie you are the wisest person to ever join this forum (well, one of - at least;) ). With that attitude you and Mr. Sears will live a long and wonderful life together.

Eat the lobster now because soon enough your life will turn around a few times and you will find simpler things like going out for burgers with a van full of kids will get you excited. The week before you were married, my wife and I celebrated 13 years.
