Can I marry in the Catholic Church if I already have children?

can i get married in a cathilic church if we have already had children together and we live together

You certainly may, provided that neither of you is divorced and are free to marry each other in the Catholic Church. I encourage you to talk to a priest at a nearby Catholic Church. You are in our prayers.
