I have been in love with my 1st cousin (mom’s sister’s son) for 12 years. I am now 28 yrs old n have finally spoken to my parents about it. Though my parents are upset with this they have agreed to proceed it forward. But all are in terrible state thinking of church,priest,dispensation etc 😦 I am literally going mad thinking. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue. Your thoughts about this topic is very precious to me.

The Church does give a dispensation for such a marriage. The bishop of your diocese can give that dispensation.
