My after-work routine is usually to stop by my church to say some prayers before the Blessed Sacrament before going home to take a quick nap. Is it acceptable to take a nap before the Blessed Sacrament? I figure if I’m going to take a nap, I might as well be in the presence of Jesus.

Jesus wasn’t too happy about that when his disciples napped instead of staying awake while he suffered nearby (cf. Matt. 26:36–46). As a purely practical consideration, it is also rude to fellow adorers to deliberately nap in their presence—possibly with all the sounds and bodily emissions of sleep occurring without your knowledge. And, if you are alone in the chapel with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, part of your job as an adorer is to be attentive to be sure that no one comes in and disturbs the Blessed Sacrament. You can’t do that if you are asleep.

Perhaps you should go straight home after work to take your nap. Then, once you are refreshed, you can go to eucharistic adoration.
