Hi, i was a Jehovah’s witness for all my life, and about a year i was studying about Catholics(your page was the best resource for me) and i want to became one since i realized that this is the true church. But the problem is this - my parents are still JWs, and i still cannot celebrate any holidays, or have religious pictures or pray the rosary, so i have to do all this in secret and the hardest part is that they forbid me to became a catholic as long as i’m under "there roof“. I was in a church only 2 times and i felt like on outsider because i couldn’t participate in Holy Communion. So can i attend the Catholic Church without actually “being” a Catholic for a longer time, since i’m 21 and i don’t know how long i’ll be under “there roof”.
And a couple of side questions:
Boris
And a couple of side questions:
- Can i go to confession also since i’m not baptized?
- In the communion we take only the body of Christ and not the blood is that a sin?
- Can you describe to me a process of a baptism in a Catholic church (of adults of course)?
