No one else in my family is in the Catholic Church? (In the US anyway)
 
Of course…I am the only one i my family…atheist, agnostics and Lutherans galore.
 
Sure, even if you are a minor and they don’t let you go to Church. You can always pray and meditate. God knows the heart, and that is what matters.
