Can i pray this rosary?

I just came from vacation in Rhodos, Greece. Between the many souvenirs i bought also a rosary, very beautiful with red beeds. Since id didn’t buy it in the Church but in a bazar in the old town of Rhodos i don’t know if i can pray it or not. Does it needs to be sanctified before by a priest?
 
You can still pray with it. But if you want it to be a sacramental rather than just a string of beads, you’ll need to have it blessed.

Thank you for your answer. How do i have it blessed. Should i take it to my priest and ask him to do it?

It only takes a minute. You can ask him after mass. Priests try to be accomodating, but don’t interrupt him before mass if you can do it as well after. Before mass he is trying to focus in prayer for the mass.

This is a good advice. Actually i observed this also. I am a convert and i used to try and ask the priest questions or trying to speak to him. But most of the times he was asking me kindly to speak to him after the Holy Mass and then he was answering me all questions. So i learned to wait for after teh mass.
 
A rosary no matter what color,or if it,s made with nice beads or a plain Rosary. The important thing is that when we say it, it should be said with devotion,as OUR LADY ask.
But, do have it Blessed.And my OUR LADY keep you close to her son JESUS. For It,s been said that those who say the Rosary shall have the protection of OUR LADY always.
