Can I receive the Eucharist outside of the Mass?

This week I am scheduled to work a full weekend (both Saturday night and a 10-hour Sunday). 😦 This occasionally seems to happen. I’m in my 20s and not in anyway infirm, but I strongly want to receive on Sunday. Is there a legitimate way for me to receive from my priest or other minister at an hour outside of the Mass? My workplace is just across the street from my parish and my priest.
