Can I receive the Eucharist tonight? Urgent.

I need to know if I can receive the Eucharist tonight. I found myself drifting into lustful sin, but I’m not sure if I committed a sin against chastity. I stopped when I really realized what I was doing. Did I sin? Please help 😦 *I just went to confession the other day)!
 
If you stopped once you realized where your thoughts were then no you did not sin.
